If at anytime you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call Decadent Saint at 303-963-6342 and speak with our staff regarding your concerns. Or email us at info@decadentsaint.com

Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine as long as it is returned prior to being opened. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Decadent Saint will pay all shipping costs.
